Each product is sold subject to its product description and price. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
To place an order
Browse the categories at the top of the home page by using the drop down menus and click on the items that you are interested in. when you decide to purchase add them to you’re shopping basket. To complete you’re order checkout via the shopping basket supply requested details regarding delivery and payment to complete the transaction. Once payment is completed we will send you an order confirmation and inform you when we will despatch the goods.
To edit an order
If you would like to make changes to your order contact us as soon as possible by email - if your order has been despatched you will not be able to edit the order however you can return the items for an exchange or refund at your own expense.
To cancel an order
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been placed contact us by email as soon as possible - if you’re order has already been despatched you will not be able to cancel however you may return the item for a refund at your own expense .
Non acceptance of an order
The completion of the contract between you and Keeping House will take place on the despatch of your order. We reserve the right to reject an order placed by you at any time may be a result of one of the following The product you have ordered is out of stock Your payment has been declined There has been an error in the description or pricing of an item We suspect a fraudulent transaction You do not fit the eligible criteria previously set out in the Terms and Conditions If any problems occur whilst we process your order you will be kept informed.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo. If you wish to make a payment by cheque please contact by email before you place the order. By placing an order with Keeping House you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Security and Privacy
All online purchases are performed by RomanCart a secure e commerce provider, via WorldPay. RomanCart will take you’re payment details for validation and return you back to our website to finish the transaction. WorldPay encrypt you’re credit card details to ensure any transactions are private and secure and for you’re peace of mind the toolbar will turn green and a padlock will appear during the procedure. We do not store any details of your credit or debit cards on our system after the transaction is complete. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. Any data that we collect from you for marketing purposes will not be shared with any third parties.
Please ensure that you supply us with the correct delivery details that will be accepted in our terms and conditions. We aim to despatch you’re goods within 48 hours of the completed transaction arriving with you in 3 -7 days. If the item is out of stock or the delivery will be longer for any other reason we will keep you informed. If you require the item urgently please let us know as we will always endeavour to help although there may be an extra charge. We only despatch items during working hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm therefore if you place an order after 12 pm Friday or during the weekend it will be despatched as soon as possible after 9am Monday. If you would like to return any item that we have sent you please email us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the delivery and we will advise you how to proceed. The cost of returning unwanted goods is at your expense.,this does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery.Keeping House is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected. If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us ensure that the item being returned is well protected as we cannot refund items damaged due to unsuitable outer packaging.
We are confident that all products sold by us are of excellent quality however if you receive any damaged or faulty goods please let us know by email immediately or within 14 days and we will advise you how to return or exchange the item.
